Advancing pediatric critical care through education and collaboration
The Monsoon Conference of Pediatric Intensive Care is a premier annual academic event organized by the Society of Pediatric Intensive Care, Kolkata (SPICK) in collaboration with the IAP Intensive Care Chapter and the West Bengal Academy of Pediatrics.
The 2026 edition will be held on 13th–14th June at The Park, Kolkata. The conference features pre-conference workshops on Day 1 and a full-day scientific program on Day 2.
Our mission is to provide a platform for knowledge exchange, hands-on training, and research presentation in the field of pediatric critical care medicine.
Provide comprehensive training through workshops and lectures by leading experts in pediatric intensive care.
Encourage and showcase research through oral and poster presentations, particularly by residents.
Foster networking among pediatric intensivists, trainees, nurses, and faculty from across the country.

SPICK (Society of Pediatric Intensive Care, Kolkata) is a professional body dedicated to the advancement of pediatric critical care in eastern India. Through regular CME programs, workshops, and conferences, SPICK brings together clinicians, researchers, and trainees who share a commitment to improving outcomes in critically ill children.
Headquartered in Kolkata, SPICK works closely with national organizations including the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) Intensive Care Chapter and the West Bengal Academy of Pediatrics (WBAP) to deliver high-quality academic events.
